Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your time is valuable — and so is mine. In order to provide the best possible service to all of my clients, I have updated my cancellation and rescheduling policy as of August 1, 2025.
Notice Requirement
Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Reschedule Credit
If you reschedule within 48 hours and book a new appointment within 3 weeks of your original appointment date, the 50% fee will be credited toward your new session.
Illness & Emergencies
I understand that life happens. Exceptions may be made for illness and emergencies at my discretion. Please communicate with me as soon as possible.

Email and text reminders are sent before every appointment to help you stay on track.
